Here we go! The first week of training and watching what I eat. I’m trying hard to not always call it a “diet,” because isn’t it supposed to be a lifestyle change? Anyways, here are my goals for the week:
- 4,000 steps per day minimum
- Drink 48 ounces of water every day
- Walk 1 mile twice this week
- Do weight training twice
- Eat blueberries instead of ice cream
- 2 salads this week
Are these fairly easy (ok, ridiculously easy) goals? Absolutely. But it’s also far, far more than I’ve done in a long, long time. Stay tuned for how I do, both here and on my Instagram (@theyshallrun). Wish me luck!
