Week 2

Let’s do this, week 2! Short and sweet, here are the goals for the week:

  • Start Trim Healthy Mama (has anyone done this? Any tips?)
  • Walk 1.25 miles twice
  • Eat 3 salads
  • Drink 56 ounces of water every day
  • Do weight training twice
  • Do at least 4,250 steps per day

That’s it. Still easy, but hopefully it’ll feel more doable. I can do this. I can do this.

Right?
