Let’s do this, week 2! Short and sweet, here are the goals for the week:
- Start Trim Healthy Mama (has anyone done this? Any tips?)
- Walk 1.25 miles twice
- Eat 3 salads
- Drink 56 ounces of water every day
- Do weight training twice
- Do at least 4,250 steps per day
That’s it. Still easy, but hopefully it’ll feel more doable. I can do this. I can do this.
